Our clients are not just "clients." They are living, breathing and feeling human beings on the other side of slack, email, phone, video chat or the meeting table. They are individuals with hopes, dreams, aspirations and pressures, collectively shaped by rich, layered and uniquely beautiful personal histories. Yes, we care about our clients' technologies, products and growth strategies. More importantly, we care about our clients as human beings. It is our way of being to honor our clients as humans first. ​

Honesty

We are relentlessly honest. We practice radical honesty with ourselves, even when it is less than pleasant to do so. We (gently) share with our clients what they need to hear, not what they want to hear. We are comfortable in the space between sharing our truth and receiving a client’s feedback. Our honesty and our integrity are perpetually intertwined. Without one, we can’t have the other.

We do our best work when we understand our purpose. This means embracing big picture thinking and a shared understanding of what PR is meant to drive for our clients' businesses.
